We’ll create a strategy and process for building and growing your newsletter in your voice.
We start with weekly calls to build a backlog of topics. We want enough runway that we’re never scrambling for what’s next. Once we’ve found our rhythm, we shift to monthly briefing calls, each one setting up the next round of drafts.
I write, edit, format, and schedule everything. You review, comment, and approve.
At the end of each month, you get a recap of what shipped, what’s working, and what's next.

Already writing your own newsletter? I’ll take your draft and turn it into something tighter, clearer, and ready to send without changing your voice.
You send me a draft. I edit for clarity, structure, and flow. You approve the edits.

I work on a monthly retainer starting at $4k. The exact rate depends on volume and scope. E.g., how often you’re publishing, how much strategy work is baked in.

Yes, I learn your voice through our briefing calls and by reviewing content you’ve written previously. We’ll create a style guide to ensure the content reads, sounds, and is formatted like you would naturally.

We’ll do a 90-minute call every month and schedule those in advance. Outside of that, you’ll be asked to approve content briefs and provide feedback directly on drafts in Google Docs. I handle the writing, scheduling, and publishing.

I queue up and schedule the articles. I don’t handle responding to comments. I don’t currently manage Substack notes.
