I’m a customer-first person with an eye on quality. I’ve been working with technology companies since 2007 as a Project Manager, Support Engineer, Support Lead, and Customer Success Manager. I love helping customers achieve their desired outcomes. Before working in tech, I dabbled in the music industry.

Outside of work, I love to hike, record music, watch documentary films, and dabble in photography.
