As the first customer support hire, I was responsible for procuring, configuring, and managing our Zendesk implementation.

I was the main technical doc writer and trained other support agents on the platform about writing and managing docs.

FireHydrant.io Docs

I joined FireHydrant as the Customer Success Team Lead. In addition to building and growing a team, I was heavily involved in writing and managing product documentation.

I also planned and executed our migration of docs from Intercom to Zendesk.

TestLodge Docs

I was hired by TestLodge to build out their product documentation.

Since launching the docs, I’ve helped make updates to them, and improvement the hierarchy and site organization.
